This restoration and renovation project for a historic warehouse located in Kinston, NC included weatherization, window replacement, accessibility improvements, acoustic upgrades, and masonry repairs to an 8,000 square foot to this century old former ice-house structure. The new live-work space required all new building systems, and special considerations due to its proximity to the Norfolk Southern railway.
