This master plan for a mixed use development repurposes three industrial city blocks as a new mixed use hub. Surrounded by single family uses, and centered around an existing industrial tower-landmark, a new pedestrian corridor generates a destination-experience in the form of a park-like greenway with water features designed to anchor adjacent residential, office, retail and institutional uses. Parking occurs underneath eight new multistory structures as well as within a new seven story parking garage located on site.
