This ambulatory outpatient facility includes clinic space as well as a class ‘c’ surgical facility designed for major surgical procedures. Challenged by tight existing space constraints, this conversion project utilizes every available square foot of space for functional needs and code compliance. Filtered natural light illuminates the surgery area, patient recovery, staff work areas and waiting areas.
