Following an exhaustive programming phase and subsequent design phases, this two story facility is designed to maximize natural lighting in staff work areas and patient waiting areas, with clear, organized circulation throughout. Following the facility’s completion, staff retention and morale were recorded at their most positive levels for this mid-sized local healthcare practice.
