Taylor and Dylan buy and save old houses. When our repeat clients purchased an un-salvageable early 20th century house in Durham, NC they approached us to build a modern house in order to reflect 21st century culture, construction technology and aesthetics. The resulting speculative infill house is focused towards the rear yard, and anticipates interior function with the strategic placement of fenestration. This investment project went into contract within days of coming on market.
